She holds my hand with her skinny finger
Stood up and took me in her lap
She embraces me firmly, loved me nicely
We had an obdurate age gap.

She touched me, felt me, might not have saw me
frail eyes of her, were unable to scan me.

I heard her feeble voice, trying to make me laugh
I noticed deprived chin with line of rough
I sensed her cold remains trying to keep me warm
We had an obdurate wisdom gap.
